Any person or institution using the Digital Wallet provided by Confidia to make a payment does so on the basis that Confidia provides the payment method only and has no involvement either directly or indirectly in the goods or services that are purchased using the Confidia. The person or institution making the payment acknowledges and agrees that Confidia is in no way responsible or liable for the goods and / or services that is / are being purchased and any questions relating to the goods or services must be made directly to the company / person that the payment is being made to.
